Although I have not used Mickey personally I have referred her to several of my friends. I might add that they are difficult. Mickey with her wonderful sense of humor and sense of people did a great job for them never wasting their time and finding them just the right property. By the way she can also entertain your kids and grandkids and Polka Dot the Clown. Things just don't get better than that!
